On December 21, 2020 there will be an unusual planetary constellation in the sky. It should be on the evening of December 21 at exactly 7:21 p.m. CET. More and more refugees find Jesus in South Africa
“I know a lot of refugees who want to become Christians, but they are too scared,” said Zawadi. Zawadi’s decision to follow Christ pleased her husband David, who had prayed for his wife for ten years.
Zawadi’s husband had been a Christian for some time and he attended a refugee congregation in the city. But for long time he did not experience real discipleship. “Many churches are simply interested to have a good and funny weekly worship experience,” explain the Yngsdals.
“But many visitors leave the service every week spiritually starved and therefore without the supernatural strength that is necessary to life a changed life.”
Discipleship is when the leader orients himself to the needs of his people and not the other way around. Jesus called to build people up and provide them. He says in Matthew 28:19: Go to everyone and make them to people, who are ready to learn from me every day.
